Associate/Senior Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate with 4–7 years of PQE to join our Corporate Practice team in Singapore. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-quality cross-border corporate matters.

• Advise on general corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings
• Provide legal support on fund formation and management matters
• Advise on regulatory compliance relating to fund management, crypto and digital assets (preferred but not essential)
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents
• Liaise directly with clients and counterparties across multiple jurisdictions

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Singapore-qualified lawyer with 4–7 years PQE in corporate law
• Experience in funds and/or crypto regulatory work is a strong advantage
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Chinese language skills (conversational) are a plus for direct client engagement, but the role can be performed entirely in English if preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
