managing the merchandise booth and online stores ;
Negotiating with band managers and promoters etc ;
Projecting and managing inventory and shipping;
Handling customer inquiries and concerns;
Hiring and managing part-time sales staff;
Market information collection and marketing campaigns;
Other sales related tasks

Qualification

Excellent on Word /Excel/Power Point/Email due to working requirement ;
Excellent in English due to working requirement ;
Retail or fashion background is an advantage ;
Good communication skills and outgoing personality ;
Excellent attention to detail;
Teamwork and flexibility: during tour , need adjust your working time to fit with shows .
