Manufacturing Engineer is to resolve process issue, execute continuous improvement initiative to enhance yield, quality and cost efficiency.

• $4,500 - $5,300 Basic + AWS + VB

Adecco is partnering with a Global Micro Connectors Manufacturer to look for Manufacturing Engineer with Mechanical Backaground to handle project expansion.

The Job:

• Troubleshoot and resolve daily production and process-related issues to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations
• Lead, coordinate, and execute continuous improvement initiatives (CIP) to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency
• Manage quality-related issues in collaboration with QA using structured methodologies such as QRQC and Lean principles
• Partner closely with Engineering and R&D teams to support timely industrialization and transfer of new processes and technologies into production
• Drive operational excellence by meeting company KPIs, yield targets, and internal PPM goals
• Apply systematic problem-solving methodologies (PDCA, TPM, SMED, Six Sigma) to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering environment
• Hands-on experience with process improvement tools such as FMEA, SPC, and Lean methodologies
