Job Title: Part-Time Centre Administrator Location: Iron Scholars, 118 Aljunied Ave 2, Singapore Franchise: Shenmo Education Commitment: 1-Year Contract Work Schedule:
- Weekdays: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM (any 4 days per week)
- Weekends: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Saturday or Sunday, based on rotation/needs)

Role Overview:
As the Part-Time Centre Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation and growth of the centre. This is a multi-faceted position combining administrative support, customer service, and digital marketing. You’ll be the friendly and capable point of contact for parents, while also helping drive enrolment through savvy marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Enrolment & Customer Experience- Handle enquiries (in-person, phone, email, and online platforms)
- Schedule and manage enrolments and trial class bookings
- Maintain student records, attendance, and parent communications
- Assist with daily operations, including invoicing and filing
- Prepare materials and coordinate with teachers on class logistics
- Ensure the centre is neat, welcoming, and well-stocked
- Create and schedule basic digital content (e.g., social media, email campaigns)
- Assist in running promotional activities, open houses, or roadshows
- Monitor social media responses and online leads
Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience in administration, customer service, or a learning centre (preferred)
- Familiarity with digital tools: Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Drive, CRM systems
- Strong communication skills and a positive, helpful demeanor
- Independent, reliable, and organized with attention to detail
- Proactive and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
