Job Description& Requirements

We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in construction/fabrication, the ability to read AutoCAD drawings, and an interest in supporting marketing and client development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate end-to-end project execution (fabrication, installation, manpower)
• Review and interpret AutoCAD drawings and technical specifications
• Oversee sitework, timelines, resources, and quality control
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Support basic marketing activities such as preparing proposals, assisting with client meetings, and identifying potential project leads
• Prepare project reports, track progress, and ensure compliance with safety standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in construction or fabrication project management
• Proficient in reading AutoCAD drawings
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Basic understanding of marketing or willingness to assist in business development
• Able to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
