System Maintenance Assistant Engineer

This is a 24 x 7 position (Location: Pasir Panjang Terminal(PSA) and HDB sites)

• End device (e.g. Readers) installation methodologies andMaintenance Process
• Participate in maintenance and implementation of projectworks
• Troubleshooting and replacement of faultyelectronics parts
• Manage maintenance sites and carry out PM (CentralEquipment) maintenance tasks according to schedule
• Attend to CM services when requested by clients, withinresponse time and system turnaround time
• Ensure system are functional ready and operation aresmooth.
• Assist client in daily operation when system isunavailable
• Attend to client query and request
• Provide with quotation for adhoc service request/ VO worknot within maintenance contract (Optional)
• To carry out A&A work/ VO work for sites duringmaintenance cycle
• Able to read construction drawings include Architecturallayout, Combined services drawings, Penetration requirement drawings,Electrical and Security line drawings (Preferred)
• Plan and design cable routing and equipment shop drawingsas well as updating Installation Drawings for as-built production (optional)
• Able to co-ordinatesite and installation issues with Consultant, User and other Contractors
• Conduct Testing and Commissioning with Consultant, Userand other Contractors
• Perform software patches/update to the system whennecessary, with guidance from Senior Engineer
• Regular update to client for maintenance status
• Support Contract administration works (reports, ordering,billing milestone, O&M submission, Operation Manual submission, maintenancechecklist etc)
• Manage sub-contractor work schedule and quality of work
• Understanding maintenance and project cycle
• Possess Good initiative and strong communication skill
• Basic Knowledge in Project Management Software suchas Microsoft Project (optional) .
• Familiarize with Industrial Code Of Practice ( CP Standard& WSH (Work At Height & Safety) (Preferred)
• Familiarize with Site Installation Approach Methodology
• Customer intimacy skill
• Cost Budgeting knowledge

• Able to troubleshoot fault, analyse and resolve fault
• Good knowledge in network and system maintenance andtroubleshooting

Education

• Preferably with more than 2 years’ experience in relevantsystem implementation
