Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise security teams at static posts and access control points
• Verify passes, identification, and documentation for all personnel and vehicles
• Conduct regular patrols and monitor CCTV surveillance systems
• Manage incident response including alarm activation and security breaches
• Operate metal detectors, explosive detectors, and X-ray machines
• Maintain accurate records of all security incidents and daily logs
• Coordinate with clients and security management to ensure compliance
• Issue visitor and contractor passes, ensuring strict identity verification

Candidate Requirements:

• Valid PLRD Senior Security Officer licence
• Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in security or related roles
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
• Comfortable with 12-hour rotational shifts (day/night)
• Physically fit for prolonged standing and patrol duties
• Strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
