As a Part-Time Retail Store Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, delivering an exceptional shopping experience while helping us grow together.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and a friendly attitude
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing shop environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and shop goals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
- A passion for fashion and brands
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, or/and during GSS
- Fluent in English, and Chinese spoken is a plus
