As part of their business expansion, they are looking for a Regional Business Development Manager to spearhead market expansion within Singapore and the Greater China region.
This role focuses on acquiring high‑net‑worth private clients, promoting premium trust structures, and building long‑term advisory relationships
about the job.- Drive the full sales lifecycle from lead generation and pitching to final negotiations and account handover.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of high‑value prospects, with a focus on high‑net‑worth individuals seeking trust and wealth structuring solutions.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders and present tailored corporate services.
- Work closely with senior management to align business development activities with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and administrative teams to support campaigns, proposals, and client engagement initiatives.
- Provide market insights and client feedback to support internal planning, product development, and service improvements.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales consultancy or business development within professional services.
- Proven ability to target and acquire high‑net‑worth private clients for trust or wealth structuring solutions and with the ability to open doors, initiate new relationships, and convert prospects into long‑term clients.
- Experience in working with clients within the Greater China Region due to business requirements and the ability to speak with Chinese speaking clients for business engagements
