Leasing & Business Development Executive

Location: Robinson Road

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure locations (malls, retail spaces, etc.) for massage chair placements.
• Build and maintain relationships with mall/property managers.
• Negotiate rental terms and agreements with venue partners.
• Conduct site visits to assess suitability and foot traffic.
• Monitor market trends and suggest potential new locations.
• Work with the operations team to ensure smooth setup and service at each site.
• Prepare proposals and reports for management.
• Handle issues with landlords or venue operators when needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in leasing, sales, or business development (experience with malls/retail is an advantage)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
• Willing to travel to different locations in Singapore
