Senior Executive (Commercial Excellence/ Supplier Management)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PMLocation: West Singapore (1-minute walk from nearest MRT station)
Duration: 2 Years Contract (renewable/convertible)
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organised Senior Executive – Supplier Management to support supplier operations, compliance governance, data tracking, and supplier communications for a leading retail group. This role is ideal for individuals with strong coordination, event management, and project management skills, along with a good understanding of compliance frameworks and data reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Supplier Townhall Management- Coordinate event logistics with external vendors and agencies
- Manage catering arrangements and stakeholder briefings
- Ensure seamless event delivery with clear task allocations and content readiness
- Review and update declaration forms to align with latest requirements (e.g. Bizsafe3)
- Develop and track compliance status and manage timely submissions
- Maintain accurate reporting and follow-up actions
- Provide contractual guidance in collaboration with internal legal teams
- Ensure adherence to internal contract approval processes
- Track completion of mandatory product-related compliance documents
- Monitor supplier incentive progress and work with buying teams to meet targets
- Ensure accurate and timely billing for allowances and incentives
- Develop and automate dashboards for vendor performance tracking
- Use digital tools (Google Sheets, App Scripts, basic queries) to improve reporting efficiency
- Collaborate with teams on vendor performance improvements
- Manage timely dissemination of updates to suppliers
- Oversee project timelines and maintain proper documentation of all communication actions
- Maintain up-to-date, audit-ready ISO documentation within supplier management scope
- Ensure version control and compliance readiness
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma qualification
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in supplier management, compliance, events coordination, or operations
- Strong coordination, event management, and project management skills
- Understanding of compliance frameworks and policy implementation
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel/Google Sheets, basic scripting a bonus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong time management abilities
