?️ Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain ISP equipment (Router, Switch, APs, ONT) directly at customer premises.
- Ensure optimal connectivity by testing and troubleshooting network issues.
- Engage with customers to provide top-notch service and support during installations.
- Work closely with our project management team to drive successful project completions and exceed customer expectations.
- What You Need:
- Basic networking skills including knowledge of IP addressing, subnetting, router and switch configurations.
- A minimum qualification of NITEC in an IT-related field.
- Singapore Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
- A clean criminal record and the ownership (or willingness to lease) of a vehicle.
