Temporary officer, CED (6 Months Contract)

• Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 6.00pm and Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Work location: Singapore Medical Council 81 Kim Keat Road, NKF Centre Singapore 328836
• Employment type: 6 months contract

• Triage 8 mailboxes via Feedback Management System
• Respond to enquiries including registration, Pledge ceremonies and general enquiries from registrants and Members of Public
• Respond to email enquiries relating to Pledge ceremonies
• Draft email invitations to doctors, VIP guests
• Carry out administrative and logistics preparation for the events
• Assist officers to source for vendors
• On-site administrative and logistics support on event day, if necessary
• Prepare individual Pledge Certificates for registrants who attended the Pledge Ceremony
• Support divisions in reviewing draft circulars and dissemination of circulars/notices, review draft publications

• At least a Diploma in any field
