Full Time Barista/Service Crew
At Stray Café, every cup of coffee and every meal served helps support rescued dogs and animal welfare initiatives. We’re looking for a kind-hearted, reliable Full-Time Waitress / Barista who loves animals, enjoys serving people, and wants to be part of something meaningful.
Your Role
You will be the friendly face of our café — welcoming guests, preparing drinks, serving food, and helping create a warm experience for both humans and dogs.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and simple food items
Take customer orders and handle POS payments
Provide warm, attentive customer service
Maintain cleanliness of café, service areas, and equipment
Assist with daily opening and closing duties
Support basic food prep when needed
Be comfortable around dogs and help ensure a safe, calm café environment
Able to work alone efficiently and also as a team to keep operations smooth during busy hours
Requirements
Friendly, positive attitude with good communication skills
Comfortable working in a dog-friendly environment
Willing to learn (barista experience is a bonus, training provided)
Able to stand for long hours and handle light lifting
Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented
No quota for non Singaporeans
