About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join TRADE CENTER PTE. LTD.' as a full-time Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will drive sales and purchase growth, expand our client base and build lasting relationships with the branded and luxury perfumes sector, identifying new opportunities and ensuring brand success in a competitive market.
What you'll be doing- Develop sales strategies to meet target, focusing on branded and luxury perfumes and cosmetics
- Providing a superior customer experience through knowledgeable, attentive and professional service
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques
- Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and staying informed about market trends and competitor activity
- Ensuring the sales floor is well-organized and presentable at all times
- Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices and support each other's success
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the branded and luxury perfume and cosmetics sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer queries and concerns
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help customers
- Enthusiasm, resilience and a results-driven mindset to consistently achieve sales targets
