- Lead and manage a small Agile team to deliver on Power BI product development.
- Work closely with Product Owner(s) and Business Analyst(s) to translate requirements into actionable insights and deliverables.
- Design, build, and optimize data models, dashboards, and reports using Power BI.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across systems.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and champion Agile principles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation and innovation.
- Adapt to and learn our client systems and processes through provided training.
- Proven experience as a Senior Data Analyst, Lead Analyst, or similar role in data analytics and reporting.
- Strong technical expertise in Power BI development (including DAX, Power Query, data modeling).
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and prior experience working in Agile teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience mentoring or leading small teams is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related discipline.
