Assistant Finance Manager - Geylang

Responsibilities:

• Handle basic accounting functions.
• Collaborate with tax agents for tax submissions according to local regulations and external auditors for audit related matters.
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
• Partner with department heads to drive financial performance and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor key financial metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Support cost management and efficiency initiatives across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
• Has more than 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in IT industry.
• Familiar with international financial standards and local financial regulations.
• Excellent financial analysis, budget planning and risk management skills.
• Proficient in financial software.
• Strong team spirit and problem solving ability.
