[ref. f338217] Project Engineer/ Project Manager - Jurong East

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all site projects operations, functions and requirements, coordination, supervision and monitoring the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning and ordering.
• Carry out M&E works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation to ensure compliance to regulatory.
• Prepare and revise engineering documents, drawings, risk assessments, method statements, safe work procedures, operations, and maintenance manuals for all necessary works.
• Provide technical support and guidance to onsite construction teams, resolving issues and addressing challenges in real-time.
• Coordinate with contractor, suppliers on all project implementation issues and attend site meetings when required, and to ensure for all submission is submit on time.
• Prepare various reports (progress report, project handover report and etc.)
• Conduct site inspection on work progress to ensure quality control in accordance to meet authority requirement.
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering - Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent.
• Preferable 3 years and above of working experiences in M&E industry (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Possesses relevant technical knowledge related to M&E works.
• Required language: English
• Highly motivated, driven by excellence and having an eye for details.
• A resourceful self-starter who possess excellent problem solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently yet co-ordinates and teamwork seamlessly with others, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
