Branch Supervisor / Manager
We are looking for 1 Senior Spa supervisor or Manager to be responsible for our day-to-day operations.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Establish good relationship with customers by delivering excellent customer service
- Provide professional skincare & wellness advice and consultation for customers, managing customers’ needs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Lead and provide guidance to therapists on the service and treatments to customers
- Achieve and exceed the monthly sales target set out for the branch
- Oversee and in charge of the overall operation of the branch eg. Staff MC, Punctuality, Daily Sales target, current promotions and updates etc
- In charge and run the outlet efficiently and effectively & maintain good team culture.
- Handle customers' complaints and feedback
- Motivate/building teamwork among colleagues & maintain good communication and good working environment
- To perform and guide staff in making cold-calls to customers
- Ensure all treatment rooms & consultation rooms are in good & conductive condition
- Lead and oversea Roadshow and exhibition occurenaly
- Any other ad-hoc duties
Attractive package will be offered (including basic salary, commission and incentives)
Requirements:
- Min. 3 years' experience in the beauty wellness industry with proven track record in sales target and team management
- Independent, Self-motivated, optimistic and possess initiative
- Achieve sales targets with customers
- Highly motivated, sales driven and service oriented
- Good interpersonal skills and communication qualities
- Team player with ability to cooperate with all colleagues and have strong leadership capabilities
- Willing to work retail hours (shift work, weekends and public holidays)
- Passionate about the beauty and service industry
- Possess a recognised professional beauty certification is preferable
- Well-groomed with positive attitude
Demonstrate professional and high-quality service standard to customer
Able to establish and maintain long term customer relationship
Be able to prioritise the customers and company needsstomers’ requests and complaints with grace- Holding relevant Locally recognized Certificatoins in Massage & Beauty Industry
- Additional certification in Beauty Therapy or Cosmetology is a plus
