Recruitment Consultant (Entry-Level, 1-1 Mentoring, Healthcare Team, Plus Comm)

About the role

You will work closely with senior consultants and hiring managers within healthcare sectors, gaining exposure to recruitment, market mapping, candidate engagement, and talent advisory.

• ? Learn the ropes of end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing offers.
• Discover how to conduct market research and talent mapping within the healthcare industry, gaining valuable insights into talent trends and hiring landscapes.
• ? Build and nurture talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking events, and creative sourcing strategies.
• Learn how to engage candidates, understand their career aspirations, and identify what makes a great fit beyond just the resume.
• ? Prepare candidate profiles and interview summaries that help clients make informed hiring decisions.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth, positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• ? Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems to keep everything organized and running efficiently.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to help our clients stand out in the market.
• Stay curious and keep up with industry trends, hiring practices, and talent market developments.

• ? Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• ? No experience in recruitment is welcomed, mentorship provided in talent acquisition, sales, customer service, or related fields are welcome.
• You enjoy talking to people and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• You pay attention to details and love keeping things organized.
• You're naturally curious, ask good questions, and enjoy learning about businesses, industries, and people.
• You can juggle multiple tasks and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• You're comfortable interacting with professionals from different backgrounds and seniority levels.
• ? Strong English communication skills are required. Chinese language skills will be an advantage for communicating with regional candidates and clients.
