Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and execution-focused Personal Assistant to support a senior newbuilding ship broker. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations across multiple ongoing projects, enabling the broker to focus on high-level negotiations and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Manage emails, calendars, and follow-ups with shipyards, owners, makers, and internal stakeholders
- Track multiple newbuilding projects and ensure timelines and deliverables are met
- Prepare professional documents, summaries, and comparison tables
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements
- Serve as a gatekeeper and organiser—prioritising information flow rather than simply relaying messages
- Minimum Degree qualification
- 3 years of experience as a PA in shipping, maritime, or project coordination
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Confident in working with senior stakeholders
