Job Title: Senior Executive (Programmes), IP Academy

About the Role

As a Programmes Senior Executive, you will play a key part in shaping the future of IP education in Singapore and beyond, contributing to the development of a robust IP skills ecosystem that supports innovation, enterprise, and economic growth.

This role offers the opportunity to lead and manage diverse training programmes in shaping the skills and knowledge of participants, contributing to their professional development and success. You will collaborate with industry leaders, government agencies, and international partners to co-create learning experiences that are future-ready, scalable, and relevant.

Additionally, you'll be part of a dynamic team that encourages creativity and innovation in training design and delivery, allowing you to make a significant impact while fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams, industry experts, and clients to plan, design, market, and deliver impactful training programmes from conception to completion.
  • Monitor industry trends, policy developments, and emerging skills needs to inform programme design and strategic direction.
  • Manage and nurture customer relationships to promote relevant training programmes that meet their evolving needs.
  • Identify, explore, and secure new business opportunities and partnerships, both locally and internationally.
  • Initiate and oversee course development projects by engaging stakeholders to understand evolving industry and client needs, translating insights into programme concepts and collaborating with subject matter experts for content creation.
  • Evaluate programmes against benchmarks, KPIs, and recognized industry frameworks, driving continuous improvement.

  • A bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Candidates with 2-4 years of relevant working experience in an Institute of Higher Learning and experience with job placements will be an advantage. Candidates with no experience are welcome.
  • Programme Management and Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to manage training programmes/projects while demonstrating strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, trainers, clients, and industry bodies.
  • Analytical and Marketing Skills: Ability to analyse stakeholders' needs and trends to enhance programme design and promotion through traditional and digital channels.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, able to front projects independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Meticulous and responsible working attitude.
  • Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)/Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) will be an advantage.
  • Enterprising, with a flair for developing new businesses leads and accounts will be highly regarded.
