About the Role

The Assistant Engineer (Customer Satisfaction & Quality) supports customer satisfaction and quality assurance by ensuring the products meet required standards, resolving customer issues, and contributing to continuous improvement processes. This role will also assist in maintaining ISO compliance, improving supplier quality, and promoting a quality-focused culture within the organization.

• Drive quality programs to promote a quality-focused culture.
• Manage the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2000) and track its effectiveness.
• Communicate regularly with customers to understand their needs and represent their voice internally.
• Handle customer complaints with timely investigations and apply improvement tools like 8D, PFMEA, and PCP.
• Monitor supplier quality performance and lead regular quality reviews.
• Analyze issues and recommend actions to improve quality and prevent future problems.
• Ensure all parts meet specifications through proper documentation and checks.
• Support product, process, and equipment qualification activities.
• Train and guide quality inspectors and operators to ensure they are fully skilled.
• Monitor current performance and lead improvement projects.
• Help implement digital tools to support smart factory initiatives.

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus.
• Min 1–2 years of experience in Customer Satisfaction and Quality roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
