About the role
Lo Hock Ling & Co is seeking talented Audit Associates and Seniors to join our team in the Central Region. As an Audit Associate or Senior, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality external audit services to a diverse range of clients across various industries.This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for professional development and growth within our respected accounting firm.
What you'll be doing- Performing detailed audits of financial statements, internal controls, and accounting systems
- Analysing financial data, identifying risks, and recommending improvements to clients
- Preparing clear and concise audit reports, findings, and recommendations
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide valuable insights
- Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting standards, regulations, and best practices
- Mentoring and training junior team members to ensure high-quality audit work
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of audit procedures and methodologies
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA, CA S'pore) or working towards one
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in external audit, preferably in a public accounting firm
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and colleagues
- Proficient in the use of audit software and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work and continuous professional development
