QC Lab Analyst (HPLC Analytical/ PCR Biochem) #HFTV - Choa Chu Kang

• Perform analytical and testing accurately and in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Document all results in accordance to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) requirements.
• Write and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and On the Job Training (OJTs) for the laboratory.
• Perform equipment qualification and analytical method validation where required.
• Perform laboratory equipment verification and calibration in accordance to procedures where required.
• Ensure all documentations and quality records are conducted in accordance to Good Manufacturing
• Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) requirements and that they are filed in accordance to existing policies.
• Perform review and approval of test results in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)

• Must have a science degree/diploma or related
• Must have basic knowledge in using the weighing balance, pH meter, micropipettes.
• Must have knowledge with HPLC chromatography / PCR / GMP
• Experience with Empower software is a plus.
• Background in the chemistry/ science/ biology field .
• Have exposure working in a lab environment (in biotech ok).
• Able to work independently.
