Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the full sales cycle, including quotation preparation, coordinating with technical teams to respond to customer inquiries, following up on sales opportunities, and supporting project implementation.
- Process sales orders and monitor order status to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
- Handle post-sales activities, including preparing documents such as Delivery Orders (DO) and agreements, submitting billing requests, and ensuring end-to-end service delivery to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of client purchases in the system.
- Support additional post-sales tasks such as billing and collections when required.
- Participate in customer visits together with the Sales Account Manager when necessary.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales-related experience with a System Integration Service Provider.
- Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Sales & Marketing, or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
- Positive attitude towards learning and continuous improvement.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
