Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Perform full process of recruitment cycle, i.e., end-to-end, such as sourcing, screening resumes, interviewing and engaging suitable candidates, coordination of selected candidates with site management team, handling all documentation required, work pass applications and arrange for medical check-up, and managing onboarding and induction of new staff
  • Participate in all assigned recruitment activities such as career fairs, roadshow, site recruitments
  • Adopt an extremely hands-on and outcome-based approach and highly independent in embarking on extensive manpower sourcing activities on the ground to hire suitable potential jobseekers
  • Perform all administrative duties related to the recruitment role
  • Source for large pool of rank & file operative candidates, especially healthcare housekeeping crew
  • Daily tracking and reporting of recruitment data to the management & hiring managers
  • Handle onboarding of new staff & conduct induction programme
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
  • Experience in managing high volume recruitment
  • Prior experience as recruiter working in a recruitment agency or as part of the in-house Recruitment team
  • Conversant with the latest MOM legislations, rules and regulations
  • Must be proactive and initiative to drive his/her own success on the recruitment activities
  • Able to engage with potential jobseekers of all levels, particularly the rank-and-file crew
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
