Patient Service Associate

• Register patients and verify personal, insurance, and billing information accurately.
• Perform admission, discharge, and transfer procedures for ambulatory surgery and ward patients.
• Schedule surgical procedures and follow-up appointments, ensuring smooth coordination with clinical teams.
• Prepare billing statements, collect payments, and process insurance/Medisave claims in accordance with policies.
• Provide frontline customer service by attending to patient and caregiver enquiries professionally.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality of patient records.
• Support daily administrative and operational functions within the Ambulatory Surgical Centre / Ward.
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors.

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in healthcare administration or customer service preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
• Able to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Willing to perform shift duties if required.
