Human Resources & Finance Executive - Toa Payoh

Oon & Bazul LLP is looking for a driven and experienced HR & Finance Executive to manage core HR functions and support Finance operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR experience, a solid working knowledge of finance processes and play a key role in fostering a high-performance culture.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Draft job descriptions, coordinate hiring efforts, and maintain partnerships with recruiters and universities.
• Develop, maintain and enhance HR policies, procedures, and SOPs in compliance with local regulations.
• Lead employee engagement, training, and development initiatives, including annual training plans.
• Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning, performance reviews, goal setting and talent development.
• Manage work pass, practising certificate and insurance applications, renewals and termination.
• Conduct market research on compensation, benefits, and talent trends to support planning.
• Leverage HR systems and technology to streamline processes and support data-driven decision-making.
• Design and manage structured internship and training programmes.
• Review applications and track intern/trainee performance through structured appraisals processes.

• Support accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Provide administrative support for other finance-related tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR and Finance experience, ideally in a law firm or a professional services environment.
• Knowledge of Singapore labour laws, MOM regulations, CPF and IRAS requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities and maintain confidentiality.
