As a Clinic Assistant, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Schedule patient appointments and make reminder calls.
- Data entry of insurance information and medical history.
- Verify patient’s insurance coverage and collect co-payments.
- Process and follow up with corporate and insurance billings.
- Review patient accounts, identify delinquent accounts and collect due amounts.
- Ensure patient data up-to-date and verify patient information at every visit.
- Respond to patient queries and concerns.
- Keep up to date with information regarding insurance programs and funding sources.
- Participate in patient’s assessment/screening and registration.
- Support clinic dispensary and clinical measurements for health screenings
- Any other tasks assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Levels or equivalent with 1 year of related clinic assistant or customer service experience preferred
