TRAINING PROVIDED - Admin & Accounts Assistant (Car Registration / Showroom) - Toa Payoh

• Basic $2,400 - $3,100 + AWS + VB
• Working location: Ubi
• Working Days: Monday - Friday + 1 Saturday per month
• Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday: 9.00am – 6.15pm
• Saturday (once a month): 9.00am – 1.00pm

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all required documents, payments, and approvals are in order for car registration.
• Perform vehicle registration via LTA Link and update the registration folder accordingly.
• Handle related tasks such as processing refund cheques, ordering number plates, and submitting IU commissioning requests.
• Generate invoices and assist in month-end reporting, including showroom inventory, financing, and sales analysis.
• Prepare and post SL-journals for deposit transfers and visa waivers.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of NITEC or certificate in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Training provided for those with lesser experience.
