Store Manager - KKV Singapore

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead our KKV Singapore store. You will be responsible for all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, visual merchandising, and team management.

As a key member of the KKV team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving store success.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Profitability:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales and profit targets set by headquarters.
  • Utilize data analysis to track performance, identify trends, and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Analyze competitor activity to maintain competitiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Implement cost control measures to optimize profitability.

Customer Experience:

  • Create a welcoming and safe shopping environment that reflects KKV's trendy and vibrant brand image.
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently met by all store staff.
  • Respond to customer feedback and address complaints professionally and effectively.

Store Operations:

  • Manage and maintain store assets, including inventory, displays, and equipment, to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Implement and supervise security measures to minimize loss and theft.
  • Oversee store maintenance and repairs, ensuring a clean and well-maintained environment.
  • EXPERIENCED IN MANAGING A 420sqm space

Inventory and Product Management:

  • Supervise daily inventory checks and manage product expiration dates to minimize waste and maintain product quality.
  • Develop and implement loss prevention plans to reduce stock losses.
  • Analyze product data to identify opportunities for sales growth and optimize inventory levels.

Visual Merchandising:

  • Ensure store displays are visually appealing, accurately reflect KKV's brand standards, and effectively promote products.
  • Supervise and provide feedback on store display execution.

Training and Development:

  • Train and develop store staff to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and perform their job duties effectively.
  • Implement KKV's training programs and policies, ensuring all staff are up-to-date on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.

Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of store staff, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
  • Motivate and inspire team members to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.

  • Ensure all staff are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail store management, with a strong emphasis on new store set-up and operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage store profitability.
  • Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and implement effective strategies for improvement.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating retail schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Passion for retail and a genuine interest in KKV's trendy lifestyle brand.
  • Experienced in FMCG retail
