Finance Executive / Senior Finance Executive - Geylang

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance / Senior Finance Executive to oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the company's financial health and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledger and reports
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Prepare and file corporate tax returns, GST/ VAT returns, and ensure timely compliance with tax regulations.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions and financial data.
• Support audit preparations and liaise with external auditors.
• Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and optimize working capital.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Oversee receipts, payments, and accounts payable/receivable processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting
• Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or ACCA (preferred)
