Store Supervisor / Store Coach (Fashion, Beauty)

Adecco is collaborating with a renowned global beauty leader known for its wide-ranging portfolio of premium beauty products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop retail teams through training in product knowledge, sales, customer service, and makeup application skills.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, identify development needs, and provide personalized coaching and feedback.
• Set, monitor, and drive sales targets while motivating teams to achieve strong commercial results and exceptional customer experiences.
• Build strong relationships with retail partners and oversee in-store events and promotions to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
• Manage store performance and administrative functions, including sales reporting, budget tracking, operational compliance, visual merchandising standards, and customer inquiries.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in beauty sales, retail, or preferably within a luxury beauty brand environment.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• With excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
