Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate UR’s retail operations across the country, ensuring operational standards and sales targets are met.
- Work closely with the Country Director to implement business strategies and support growth plans.
- Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Monitor KPIs such as sales performance, customer satisfaction, and inventory turnover.
- Oversee the implementation of visual merchandising standards and store layouts.
- Optimize store operations through process improvement and resource planning.
- Collaborate with HR to recruit, train, and develop high-performing store leadership teams.
- Support new store openings and refurbishment projects.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in multi-site retail operations, preferably in fashion or fast-moving consumer goods.
- Proven leadership in managing large teams and budgets.
- Deep understanding of retail KPIs, inventory management, and store operations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional local language is a plus.
- Ability to travel frequently within the country.
