• Dealing with consumer and automotive customers to understand all BCD active and passive devices and their feature requirements
• BCD technology related all active and passive device P-cell layout generation
• Working closely with Modelling team to get models developed to satisfy customer’s application specific needs.
• Work closely with PDK teams to implement all necessary application specific device features in the pdk and close the loop/Technical communication with customers
• Based on customers’ needs enhance BCD device performance and features

• Degree in Physics or Electrical Engineering with deep understanding of semiconductor device physics, device needs for power application and device reliability aspects
• 5 to 8 years of hands on experience developing BCD devices from scratch for consumer and automotive grade applications. Detailed understanding of DMOS and low voltage analog device layouts, device characterization, enablement features and application aspects is essential.
• Good project/program management skills to manage huge number of device requirements from customers and follow through the cross functional teams to enable all those devices to satisfy customer’s needs in organized and disciplined manner.
