Senior Finance Manager (6 -12 mths contract)
The Company
Our client in the real estate sector is currently seeking a 6 to 12 months contract Senior Finance Manager to join their dynamic team.
The Role
The Senior Finance Manager will oversee the finance function for a real estate group comprising approximately 40 entities, with responsibility for group consolidation, month-end close, and preparation of accurate financial reporting across multiple subsidiaries.
The role requires a hands-on leader to address and resolve legacy accounting issues, including backlog clean-up, balance sheet reconciliations, and compliance gaps, while ensuring robust financial controls are in place.
The incumbent will also drive process improvements, strengthen financial systems and procedures, and support ongoing finance transformation initiatives.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in accounting or finance, preferably with a professional qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA) and at least 10 years of relevant experience, including exposure to group consolidation across multiple entities.Prior experience in real estate, property development, or investment holding structures will be highly advantageous. The candidate must be technically strong in financial reporting, month-end close, and intercompany accounting, with proven ability to manage complex consolidations and multi-entity environments.
