About the role
DSCO Group Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a prime opportunity to be part of a leading consultancy, contributing to the design development, and implementation of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, with a strong emphasis on Data Centre Projects.
What you'll be doing- Lead and manage the MEP design process, focusing on electrical engineering design, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive project success.
- Prepare detailed technical specifications, drawings, and documentation to support the implementation of electrical systems
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the engineering team
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending innovative solutions to enhance the company's capabilities
- Degree in Electrical Engineering (Power) or a related field
- Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience as a Senior Electrical Engineer, preferably within the engineering industry. Candidates who have more experience will be considered for a more senior position.
- Proven track record in Data Centre design and implementation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and provide practical solutions
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to work to tight deadlines and budgets
- Proficient in the use of CAD software and other engineering design tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
