Location: Loyang- Establish quality control checklists and procedures for all projects to ensure all work orders performed are in accordance to safety and facilities standards
- Review testing and commissioning projects with operations and consultants before engineering releases
- Maintain a quality program that meets the stringent quality standard requirement
- Ensure all engineering work orders are carry out according to approved standards
- Ensure inspections and assessment activities are coordinated and planned with the implementation team
- Conduct regular meetings with site operation and implementation team to track project schedule and deliverables
- Conduct physical verification of the installed components with vendors, implementation and operations teams
- Work with site operations for cyclical replacement of major electrical / mechanical system
- Follow up with vendors on work orders, part replacement with the site operations
- Prepare and submit weekly report
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering
- At least 6 years of working experience managing projects related to fit out for electrical and / or mechanical systems for data centre, high tech manufacturing or commerical building
- Knowledge in ACMV and M & E engineering fit out works
- Familiar with BCA, SCDF, green mark standards
