Job Summary

Join our fund operations team to support investor onboarding, maintain accurate records, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist with administrative tasks in a fund management business.

• Support AML/KYC documentation processes for investors and counterparties to ensure regulatory compliance
• Manage investor onboarding activities, including processing subscription, drawdown, and redemption documents accurately
• Maintain and update fund and investor records to ensure data integrity and accessibility
• Respond promptly to client enquiries regarding fund documentation and administrative matters to provide clear information
• Coordinate and liaise with fund administrators, finance teams, and external auditors to facilitate smooth operations
• Organize and maintain proper documentation, filing, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets to support team decision-making and communication
• Support the coordination of meetings, including preparation of board papers and minutes to ensure effective governance
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the fund operations team to enhance workflow efficiency

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines

• 0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail when handling large volumes of documentation
• Good organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly
