Senior Executive Accounting & Finance (Real Estate/Loan management) - Bukit Merah

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and review management accounts for Business Development activities, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Lead the budgeting process, including preparation of annual budgets and conducting variance analysis between actual performance and budgeted figures.
• Oversee loan management from banks (project financing) and shareholders, and maintain effective communication with financial institutions, lenders, and group finance teams.
• Support financial arrangements and documentation, ensuring timely execution of obligations such as operating expenses (OPEX), management fees, and loan repayments.
• Manage contractual and compliance requirements, including facility agreements, shareholder agreements, and management agreements, tailored to each project's nature.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to verify invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate financial records; liaise with stakeholders as required.
• Assist in project-level financial management, including evaluating profitability, verifying accounting and taxation matters with auditors and consultants, and supporting regional projects across Southeast Asia and Oceania.
• Contribute to operational improvements by reviewing and refining internal procedures and undertaking ad hoc assignments as directed by management.

Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years working experience in real estate related and loan management
• Proficient in use of MS office applications
• Experience in management of project finance is beneficial
