Student Care Admin Assistant

The Student Care Admin Assistant is responsible for managing and coordinating administrative tasks related to student care services and providing effective support to parents, teachers, and staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for parents regarding student attendance, transport arrangements, general concerns, and well-being and manage student-related communication, including emails, phone calls, and notices.
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, meeting minutes, documentation, forms and reports.
- Ensure timely ordering of items required for centre operations and cleanliness.
- Assist with organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events for staff and parents.
- Assist with filing, photocopying, and other administrative tasks.
- Assist with ensuring student care facilities are well-maintained, clean and properly equipped.
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of activities in the centre.
- Any other duties as assigned by the centre manager or director.
- Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of student care services.
- Need to be on site Mondays to Fridays.
