What You'll Do:

• Develop the tender specifications for tender calling of Multi-disciplinary Consultant services in transmission substation projects.
• Lead technical evaluations and awards for consultants, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, seamlessly integrating technical requirements into project plans.
• Oversee Consultants to ensure timely project completion and functional substation design.
• Conduct thorough technical design reviews, endorsing architectural, structural, and M&E drawings.

What You'll Need:

• A recognized degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural from a university recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore, or a university recognized by the Board of Architects with at least 5 years of working experience.
• Demonstrate efficient teamwork, a positive execution-oriented ethic, and effective deadline management.
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Exhibit proactive, responsible, and independently execution-focused problem-solving in transmission engineering.
