We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Associate Software Engineer to join our dynamic Global Ad Technology Department. Specifically, as a Associate Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Contributing to the design, development, and testing of software features and components under the guidance of senior engineers.

- Participating in code reviews, learning from feedback, and contributing to the team's quality standards.

Mandatory Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in software development (including internships, academic projects, or self-taught experience).
- Demonstrated foundational knowledge in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Scala, Go, Python).
- Basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, and fundamental programming concepts.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
