Overall supervision of production personnel & production procedures

Job Objective

To ensure that each department operates smoothly during office hours / OT.
To ensure that better quality of products are produced.
To ensure that all production personnel operates according to current Good Manufacturing
Practice (cGMP) standards.

Responsibility

Responsible for checking the quality of all the products manufactured.
Recognize the importance of production process control.
Report immediately to HOD and relevant personnel of any technical and disciplinary problems encountered during production.
Seek approval from HOD before troubleshooting.
In-charge of safekeeping of keys to main gate and ensuring that the gate is always locked after office hours.
In-charge of the keys to the raw materials room and intermediate room when the Controller is absent.
To check that the production procedure is followed and report any deviation from standard practice stated in the BMR.
Report any non-compliant behavior according to GMP standards.
Be well-trained in GMP standards.
Provide suggestions for improvement of production work flow and its control.
Willingness to learn all the production processes and operation and control of each piece of equipment.
Perform the required administrative duties such as submitting the daily report, monitor the flow of BMR.
Train new or existing production personnel according to training schedules from HOD.
Assist the HOD with the production work flow.
Duties as and when assigned by the Company.
