Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Healthcare Operations & Service Planning) – 6 Months Contract
We are hiring for a 6-month contract role supporting a major healthcare planning and operations project. This is a great opportunity for candidates keen to gain exposure in healthcare operations, project coordination, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support operational planning and project coordination
- Coordinate meetings, stakeholder engagements, and timelines
- Assist with reports, presentations, workflows, and documentation
- Provide administrative and secretariat support
- Support event planning and engagement sessions
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline
- Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
