Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and implement strategic facilities-related improvement projects that meet quality, safety, and contractual standards
  • Oversee the performance and reliability of plant and building systems
  • Manage and develop a high-performing Facilities Management team, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of works and procurement
  • Support the Head of Department and serve as deputy when required
Qualifications and Experience
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of regulatory standards and requirements from relevant authorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships across departments
  • Positive working attitude, proactive mindset, and ability to stay composed in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred but not required
