Optometrist/Optician (Premium Retail Eyewear)

We are partnering with a premium lifestyle eyewear brand with retail outlets across Singapore to hire passionate Optometrists / Opticians. This is an excellent opportunity to combine clinical expertise with retail excellence—delivering professional eye care while helping customers discover eyewear that complements their style.

• Conduct refraction tests and provide professional dispensing of lenses.
• Perform contact lens fitting, dispensing, aftercare, and manage CL-related concerns.
• Advise customers on suitable spectacles, frames, and eyewear solutions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience in line with premium retail standards.
• Support store operations, including inventory control and cashiering when required.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company’s image and values.
• Achieve individual KPIs and contribute to overall store sales performance.

• Diploma or Degree in Optometry / Opticianry (or equivalent).
• Registered with the Optometrists & Opticians Board (OOB), Singapore (pre-registered candidates also welcome).
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Proactive, positive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with retail operations (including weekends and public holidays).
• Prior retail or optical experience is advantageous.
