Basic Salary + Transport Allowance + Monthly Commission + Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute successful strategies to manage and grow existing accounts.
Identify, define, and deliver business requirements aligned with customer needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all organizational levels.
Engage key decision-makers and present tailored value propositions that address their business challenges.
Nurture long-term partnerships through trust, collaboration, and consistent value delivery.

✅ Requirements

Minimum ITE in Engineering or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in sales account management / B2B Sales role.
Prior experience in IT solutions or System Integrator company will be an added advantage.
