Job Purpose:

  • We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to lead our business expansion. You will be responsible for identifying new B2B opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the sale of coffee beans, equipment leasing, and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and cold-call potential B2B clients, including corporate offices, F&B outlets, and hotels.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client needs to recommend the best coffee equipment and bean subscription packages.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with existing clients to ensure high retention and upselling opportunities.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct coffee tastings and equipment demonstrations to showcase the quality of our solutions.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain our competitive edge.
  • Sales Reporting: Meet monthly sales targets and provide regular updates on the sales pipeline using our CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales (experience in F&B, FMCG, or office solutions is a plus).
  • Passion: A genuine interest in specialty coffee and the coffee industry.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; effectively bilingual to communicate with a diverse client base.
  • Independence: A self-motivated "hunter" who can work with minimal supervision.
  • Attributes: Professional appearance, resilient, and highly organized.
  • Candiate must able to commute in English , Mandarin in order to communicate to clients.
